I've learned how to permanently ban usernames, but I am concerned how we will know when there is a new person who wants to legitimately join the board. Anybody have ideas? Maybe we can have them post to the voy site first to apply for membership here?

is there another type of board this site can use? I've never seen a board with this much problem with spam.

It would be nice if we could get something like they have at UNT. Of course, they have hundreds of members, compared to our dozen at most.

I was wondering why we haven't seen any new members lately.

We are safe in our cocoon from any spam or unwanted communications from students and other neer-do-wells. Something about babies and bath water would be appropriate now.
